Made-to-Order: Many of our products are produced on demand once an order is placed.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is only accepted once you receive a confirmation email.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests, particularly where production has already begun.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS COSTS
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where products are fulfilled by third-party production or delivery partners, production and shipping times may vary.
Import Duties: For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
Return Shipping: In the event of a return due to a change of mind (where applicable), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the goods reach us safely in their original condition.
Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
SECTION 8 - CONSUMER RIGHTS AND CANCELLATIONS (UK LAW)
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers generally have 14 days to cancel an order after receiving the goods.
Where products are produced on demand, we may not be able to accept cancellations once production has begun. In such cases, your rights to return and obtain a refund will be governed by applicable consumer law and our Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

All content on this site is the property of The Trope Society or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. However, any purchases made through this site are made directly with The Trope Society, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and us, to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 12 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
